Please contact Payasa Havanese by e-mail or by phone if you would like to be placed on our Waiting List for a Puppy.  We are happy to send you an Application / Questionnaire upon your request, or you may copy it from our web site and e-mail to us.  We place our puppies only in approved homes.  Our puppies are sold spayed/neutered and micro-chipped for positive identification.  Show puppies available on a very limited basis.
